We offer classes, trainings and workshops on a variety of topics such as: Insights Discovery (Foundation), Effective communication, Conflict Resolution, Team Effectiveness, Leadership Development, Diversity & Inclusion, and Stress Management.

We can tailor any of our classes into 4, 6, or 8-hour workshops. We also regularly facilitate our High 5! program, as well as our 3-day Strategic Team and Leadership training (see below).

High 5! Program

The High 5! program is designed to improve supervisory and employee relationships, and to enhance employee engagement. The foundation of the program is based on improving personal, interpersonal, and team effectiveness; it introduces a simple, yet impactful framework about strengths and communication preferences. It emphasizes the importance of self-awareness – with the ability to be self-aware comes the ability to observe, pay attention to who we are ourselves, so we can better understand how we react in situations. An Insights Discovery profile is given out to each participant to help them understand themselves and grow throughout the program.

3-day Strategic Team and Leadership Training

Day 1 covers the Insights Discovery Foundation. It helps you understand the 4 color energies, in simple terms and language. It will increase your self-Awareness and help you understand yourself and your behaviors.

Day 2: Discovering Leadership Effectiveness: Start applying your Self-Awareness and Insights from day 1 to being a strategic and authentic Leader, since the Leadership model starts with the self. An effective leader is all about the awareness that an individual has. It is critical to be aware of the impact that we and our behaviors have on others; and then aligning our values with our core purpose.

Day 3: Discovering Team Effectiveness: When do we need Emotional Intelligence the most? When do we need to be able to effectively communicate with others, especially our opposite type? It is often in times of stress and conflict, or during difficult situations that we need to remember tools and techniques to be efficient.

This day will help you understand your team’s color energies, their preferences, and how to interact and communicate with them to maximize effectiveness, collaboration and productivity. We will discuss a variety of tools and techniques that you will be able to rapidly implement in your day to day job.
