Debbie McGee is a veteran finance and international human resources executive with experience in consulting, financial, and manufacturing, industries.
As a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), an accredited Global Professional Human Resources (GPHR), and a Licensed Practitioner (LP) for Insights Discovery, Debbie is a recognized authority on achieving organizational effectiveness for multinational corporations through the optimization of human capital assets worldwide.
Debbie’s multifaceted career includes 13 years as a consultant with the Big 4 global accounting firms specializing in international business and human resources management with a focus on global tax, global and local human resources policy development [compensation, global mobility (expatriate/international assignees), benefits, communication training, etc.], operational efficiency to include enhancing technology (HRIS, desktop tools, apps, portals), payroll, risk management/compliance, and international expansion. In addition, Debbie’s career includes 10 years in International Human Resources (IHR) Global Mobility management roles within European and Asian companies.
Partnering with corporate leadership and senior business line executives on business strategy, Debbie specializes in designing and implementing effective, cutting-edge, and compliant human capital management strategies and operations that optimize talent worldwide to achieve the overall business goals. Currently, Debbie is President of PZI International Consulting, Inc. PZI specializes in International HR Global Mobility/Finance outsourcing and consulting, as well as People Development training and Leadership Coaching.
Gia Giacomoni – People Development Manager
Gia Giacomoni is the People Development Manager at PZI International Consulting, Inc. She is responsible for creating training programs, delivering workshops, and coaching to help leaders improve their leadership and communication skills, and maximize team effectiveness in organizations. Gia has been a Leadership Coach and assessor for over 7 years, and has provided assessments, development, and coaching services to clients in both the private and public sectors. She has coached clients in Fortune 500 companies, advertising agencies, the financial sector, telecommunication services, and law enforcement agencies.
Gia was born and raised in France, though she has spent time in a variety of different places. She graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Binghamton University, and a Masters Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Hofstra University. She is fluent in French; is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC), an Insights Discovery Accredited Facilitator, Programs Chair for the Association of Talent and Development of North Alabama (ATDNA), a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and a graduate of the ICF-accredited training program at the world-renowned Institute of Professional Excellence Coaching (iPEC). She is an avid Pilates-goer, enjoys reading and spending time outdoors during her free time.
Aurora Quiroz – Senior International Assignment Specialist
Aurora Quiroz is the Senior International Assignment Specialist at PZI International Consulting, Inc. She has been with the company since 2015. Aurora helps manage the IHR branch of the business and assists our clients in all the processes needed in sending an expatriate to a new country location such as: immigration, payroll, and relocation, along with many other services provided by the IHR department at PZI. Aurora graduated with her Bachelors Degree summa cum laude from Athens State University in Human Resource Management. As a student, she was very involved in different programs at ASU and greatly enjoys working with people.
Aurora grew up in North Alabama where she was raised simultaneously in two different cultures and is fluent in both English and Spanish. She finds other customs and traditions fascinating because of her experiences with different cultures growing up. In her free time, Aurora loves to spend time outdoors with her dog, spending time with her family and loved ones, and is always up for finding the next adventure.
Margaret Turner – People Development Analyst
Margaret is the People Development Analyst at PZI International Consulting, Inc. She is responsible for the data organization and analysis for our People Development programs. Margaret has designed and developed an advanced International Human Resources Information System for the IHR department, which will maximize our efficiency. She is also contributing to the ROI Analysis branch of PZI.
Margaret grew up in Huntsville and graduated magna cum laude from The University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business Administration. She then graduated cum laude from Biola University with a Master of Arts in Theology. Margaret’s extensive professional and volunteer experience spans data organization and analysis, program development and management, teaching and mentoring, cross-cultural engagement, and international travel.
Lindsey Little – International Assignment Specialist
Lindsey Little is a International Assignment Specialist at PZI and has been with the team since 2016. In Spring 2016, Lindsey graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelors degree in Accounting from the University of Alabama in Huntsville. She remained at UAH and completed her Masters in Accounting degree in Spring 2017. Lindsey aspires to sit for the Certified Public Accountant exam within the next year.
Lindsey is a Huntsville native that has always loved the mid-sized city family atmosphere that the town offers. She enjoys traveling and visiting the dog park during her free time with her family and two dogs.
